Bookings:

• A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your remaining balance due the day of your appointment. This must be paid to secure the date and time of your appointment.

• All deposits and payments made to Dose of Artistry are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

• Cash is preferred for remaining balance. If paying cash, please bring exact change, as there will likely not be change available on site. 

• You may also pay the remaining balance by Apple pay, Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, if you do not wish to pay by cash.

• Payment information will be provided at the time of the appointment.

• No guests, children (of any age) or animals are allowed in the studio. However, exceptions may be considered depending on the circumstance. Please reach out to me prior to the appointment to discuss. This is for everyone’s safety, to prevent any distractions, as well as cross-contamination.

• Pricing is subject to change at any time, but your price is locked in when you book your appointment.

• I reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

• By booking an appointment, you are consenting to all the fees and policies herein.

RESCHEDULES:

• Must be made BY TEXT OR EMAIL ONLY (No phone calls, Instagram DMs, etc.) and must be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

• Appointments can be rescheduled ONE TIME by client before a new deposit is required. Please note, your appointment is not considered "rescheduled" until we have discussed in writing.

• Reschedules with less than 72 hours notice - your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you decide to cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling, for any reason, there are no refunds on any payments made to Dose of Artistry.

• Please plan ahead and arrive on time. There are likely appointments booked after yours, so please be considerate of others' time.

• There is a strict 10 minute grace period for appointments. If you do not arrive within the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled to ensure there is no delay for the client after you and your deposit will be forfeited.

• ID/DL will need to be verified at start of appointment, so please make sure to bring it with you. I cannot work on you without your ID/DL.

• Every client will respond differently to the procedure depending on skin's condition and type, client's lifestyle, hair structure, bone structure, medications, preparation, and after-care. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

• Remember, you will give the final approval of moving forward on all services. I will always confirm with you if you are satisfied with designs, placements, color, shapes, etc.

• Dose of Artistry is not liable for any changes once the final decision has been approved by you during the service.

• No Call/No Shows will be banned as future clients.
